My family and I just arrived and oh my it is so beautiful here the scenic view is absolutely breathtaking such peaceful environment pet friendly cabins to accommodate up to 12 people, I'm absolutely in love with this place will be back next year!!!!
Maybe we got the worst cabin, maybe we didn't.It all started when we realized they didn't bother with a sign. When we did find it, we had a loose step which almost gave us a header. Next my wife had to sweep out the cabin as that too must have been too much for the staff to endure. While she did so she couldn't help but notice the stained comforter on the bed, which also was not even assembled tightly. As I noticed while pulling it away from the wall so I could disassemble the wall lamp to fix it so it would not hang upside down. That said we were given two towels and wash cloths to last us the week. The second day there, I continued to fix things there as I discovered a stuck and over flowing toilet in the "new" bathroom that had not a shelf or hook in sight. These things however did not dampen or time in the Black Hills. as the weather was perfect. and we never noticed the leak in the roof till we departed that Friday. So don't just look at the pictures, read the reviews. Have a great trip.
Cabin was good but the owner would not let us have a fire. Every night all the people at wild bills camp ground were having fires he told us the ranger came and told him he was going to get a fine.I call that BS
We have stayed at Cole Cabins for a number of years and really appreciate the clean and maintained cabins. The amenities are perfect for the entire family. We have young children, and the washer/dryer and large bathrooms are great after a long day or a rainstorm. The Coles have always been available when we needed them and are a pleasure to deal with. Cannot wait for our next experience!!!
