Food has always been great whether I eat in or take to go.
Since I live close by I've only stayed once,but amenities were equal to or better than other Deadwood areas. Traffic seems to be mostly there for the lodging and easy access.
Gaming area is spacious and you're not always bumping into someone or seated by a mirror or fake ambiance.
Go there weekly to try my luck, some times better than others gambling-wise. Wait and staff remembers your name and always tries to go all out to serve.
Great rooms, super quiet, the beds are soooooooooooooooo comfortable. Food was excellent, just very expensive. Your pets are welcome here at no charge and they give you a little goody bag. So cute! The front hotel staff could work on being more welcoming. Of all 4 we encountered none of them smiled or seemed remotely enthusiast about working there. Kind of a turn off. Restaurant staff was amazing!
Good food but the prices are too high for being attached to a casino. Also, because the servers do not write down the orders, mistakes happen. My meal was wrong but could not prove it, so I was stuck with the wrong order.
Nice casino, we ate at the sports bar, the food was wonderful and fairly priced for the area. Wait staff was absolutely never had less than a half full glass before they were asking if we needed a refill. And the place was packed!!! Definitely will be back.
I was there for a conference and the staff was amazing. The convention sections were nice and very clean. The bar food is one of the best in Deadwood. I also live here locally and eat at the bar when I want a treat.
